Come alone, or bring the family... But be sure to be ready to have some fun. Breaking clays is exciting, challenging, and a great way to meet people.
- Skeet
Skeet is a competitive activity where participants break clay disks flung into the air at high speed from a variety of angles. The clay discs are 4 and 5/16 inches in diameter, one and 1/8 inches thick, and fly a distance of 60 yards (+/- 2 yards). (Click through to see about our skeet fields.)
- Sporting Clays
- Sporting Clays is a form of clay shooting that occurs on 10 to 15 stations throughout a course. Often described as golf with a shotgun, the sport is challenging. It is quite popular with novice shooters and ordinary hunters. While many shooters opt for double-barreled shotguns, the game is equally enjoyable with pump-actions shotguns or auto loading shotguns. Five Stand Sporting is a consolidated version of Sporting Clays which is played on a field with five shooting stations and a variety of clay throwing traps giving the shooter many separate target presentations. (Click through to see about our Five Stand Sporting Field.)
- Trap (American & Wobble)
American Trap is most popular in the United States and Canada, primarily as sanctioned by the Amateur Trapshooting Association (of which we are a member of.) The layout of modern trap shooting is different from other clay sports in that there is only one house that releases targets and the shooters only move through 5 different positions. - Scrap Clay Shooting
Yes... you can play it here!! Scrap is our very own game combining the skills of Skeet and Trap. (Click through to see about our Scrap Fields.)
